hellllooo! long time once again. this time i can blame it partly on my computer being on the fritz. meanwhile, liam and i have been reading lots of books and making fun crafts here and there.

i can't wait to make this with little man. anything involving water is a huge win with him.

today liam has been completely content in entertaining himself so i have been able to spend the morning working on things for the shop. oy... you should see my house... creative days= incredibly messy house days. well, i am off to make a few more little treasures before work. i will try and post some of the finished products before they're off to pomegranate. till next time.

so basically this blog is a joke. i'm going to say that i'll try and stay up to date on it from here on out but let's no one hold their breath. while i am a big blog fan (i read my blogs with my morning cup of coffee) i somehow cannot seem to get in a rhythm of regular posting. my sweet husband did, however, replace my broken camera with an amazing one for my birthday. so perhaps, with the presence of my new found camera love i will be prompted to post more. here are some photos from our recent annual trip to the most fantastic place on earth.

Liam's birthday has come and gone and he is officially into the 2's now. So hard to believe...

Best 2 years of my life, hands down. Had a little birthday bash for him today. Lots of presents, lots of love. In honor of my music loving lad, here are his top 5 fav songs from the past year. These invoked serious dancing and/or dried a wet eye in a minute.

I promise I'll get better at posting more often. Life has seem to have taken off into hyper speed mode as of late. We have however, found time to take a walk in the woods and cut down a sweet little Christmas tree even though it is ornament-less for the time being and only has half the lights on. Once it's all decked out I'll have a picture. Below is an advent calendar I made for Liam based off one I saw in Country Living. He's still a little young to really get the whole counting down to Christmas thing but that doesn't stop him from dancing around the room each morning we open a drawer and a piece of candy appears. The only down side is that he now asks for "cahndy" for breakfast.

a million years later and i'm back

although i'm not quite happy with how everything looks yet i thought i'd go ahead and do a post. life for me is quite full at the moment and really, right now i have a million things i should be doing other than writing on here. the most important of those being memorizing my new routine for tonight. in case you didn't know, i teach a yoga/tai chi/pilates class at the fitness center in town. so in saying that i'm off to be responsible and prepare something new for my students to do tonight. keep checking for a prettier more becoming layout in the near-ish future.
